Seokyoung Yang (she/they) is a filmmaker and curator based in Seoul. Working across moving image, sound, and text, she traces diasporic bodies while exploring the slow, unglamorous labor of grief. Alongside her own artistic practice, Yang organizes micro-screenings to amplify emerging voices. She holds a BFA in Film and Video from the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) and will soon relocate to London.
양석영은 서울을 기반으로 활동하는 작가이자 기획자다. 주로 영상, 사운드, 그리고 텍스트를 사용하여 디아스포라와 애도의 시간을 탐구한다. 칼아츠에서 영화영상학을 전공했으며, 곧 런던으로 이주할 예정이다.
